This is the place that I call home, even thought I never grow up in that house, it is the place that I learned about love, kindness, support, and truly how wonderful it feels to be the youngest of seven. So I wanted to have a Halloween Party this year. We carved pumpkins, frosted pumpkin shaped cookies, Had dinner in a Pumpkin..and I can say that at the end of the night we had enough of pumpkins, but it sure was a lot of fun..

Summer of 2009...
I know that I have not blogged in a very, very long time. Life has been crazy..I can report that it has been a summer of a lot of fun, and many watermelons were eaten. Even though I had to work like a crazy person, I was able to have fun as well. Here are some highlights of the profaizer family of summer fun

*went and visited my dad and family in Illinois

Here are some photos of our family vacation. We went to the San Diego's. We (Landon, myself, Ruby and my mother) all had a very good time, despite that I had a sinus infection. We went to Sea World, the Zoo, the Wild Animal park and the beach. Ruby loved seeing all the "Nemos" and the "Meows"...It was a perfect way to start off the summer.

I am so glad that school will be over in 2 weeks. This year has been a little rough. Landon going back to school, UST, and Ruby truing 2 has been harder then I thought it was going to be.

Ruby, and her new best friend.
Spring break started last Monday, but it did look or feel think spring. We woke up to 12 inches of snow and it snowed all day. I think when it was over we received around 20 inches. We sure had a lot of fun thought.

for all that don't know who she is, she helped me learn how to draw. Her book that she published 6 years ago changed my life.
Tan came and did a drawing workshop at USU a couple of weeks ago.
It was fantastic,
it was amazing to see her draw right in front of my very eyes it was a great couple of days.

So life has been crazy for the past couple of weeks. I opened 2 shows back to back, a Christmas Carol and Grease, and now I have hives on my neck and face..(i love stress) . Ruby is turning 2 the day after thanksgiving, I can't believe that she's 2... She is so sassy and bossy, she gets that from her dad. Speaking of Landon, we are both looking forward to the end to his first semester of grad school. This fall has sure gone by fast. My mom has been staying with us and I'm so grateful for her, I don't know what I would of done this fall without her. She helped out a ton with grease.. My poor 72 year old mother, I had her gluing rollers on hats and sewing stupid cheer skirt. We are all looking forward to yummy turkey and pumpkin pie..We are having thanksgiving up here in Logan, with both my family and Landon's, It will be a packed house.. We love and miss you all..

I know it's been a long time since I have done the blogg thing. Life has been crazy at the Profaizer house.. We have started school and We are almost at mid-term(thank goodness) Landon is still trying to a gust to being a grad student..There has been many a late night studying at the house.
We just closed our 1st show of the season and I go into dress on Thursday for R and G(2 down and 3 more to go). The shop is a mess and there are endless notes to be done..the great thing is there is always an opening and a closing night in theater.
Ruby will be turning 2 in about 6 weeks, and we are working on trying to say "trick or treat . She is getting so big and so sassy, I don't know where she gets it from.
The leaves are changing and it's getting colder in Logan,I just love the Valley in the fall. I'm looking forward to Christmas, yes, Christmas.. The break will be nice and spending 3 weeks with Ruby just sounds fantastic..
I just wanted to give a shout out and let everyone know that I'm still a live..I miss and love you all..

Landon decided to get a new tattoo.. it's looking good. James is such a artist, I'm amazed at what he can do on skin and I'm also amazed that Landon can sit for hours and be in pain.. My bumble bee, that only took 20 minutes about sent me over the edge.. The guys at the Tattoo shop asked me when I was getting another and said.. "I can push a kid out of my Vagina, but the thought of me getting an other tattoo, makes me want to up chuck..."

Landon rode to Old Juniper last weekend and saw tree that is older then Jesus, over 3000 years.. The tree is all most dead I hope that I can get in shape to see it with my own two eyes. After seeing these photos that Landon took, make me realize how beautiful Chache Valley is...

The Profaizers new favorite show.

Landon and I have started watch season 1 of rescue me and we cant get enough of it. The last couple of nights we've been stay up late watching it on DVD. We love the characters, dialog and story,we laugh out loud(a lot).. And the best thing it's filmed in the city..
We miss it and hope to get back there soon..

Amy and Rindi.. Very old Friends...
This was the month of getting to see friend that I haven't scene in a very long time. Some longer then others. These are two of my oldest friends. Amy(brown hair) I haven't scene her in 7 years. and Rindi (blond) over 10. We were able to spend some time together and eat some food. I was nice to hear what they were up to, about there families and talk about to good old day. It was fantastic. I just hope that it's not another 7 years until I see them again..

Winter in Logan.. We moved into this this beautiful house that has a great view of the temple and the valley.. I am though ready for spring. This snow came down yesterday and the day before it was 48 degrees out side. I thought that spring was on its way.. I should of know better, I live in LOGAN where it snows in July... I am tired of wearing heavy coats and boots.. so to all my friend that live in warm clements.

So, I have survived the first UST show. We began with a crazy children show, needless to say I'm glad it's over. We are know started to work on the musical Urine Town and the One Acts.. We have now moved into our house. the move was easy. It was right next door.. I love having all this space. I have a room, Landon as his room and Ruby has a lot of room to crawl and walk around. yes, she is know walking.. it's more of a Frankinstine walk but needless to say she's all over the place. Landon and I are still getting use to her very strong personality. If she doesn't want to do good luck!! she HATES getting dressed, so when she becomes a striper we'll know why. It has started to get cold in Logan..HAY!!!(not). We still don't know what Ruby's going to be for Holloween. I cant believe that I know have to worry about this for the next 8 years. I also cant beleve that I will soon have a one year old.

I'll start with the youngest and the cutest in the family.. Ruby will be 9 mo. on the 28th of this month. I cant be leave it. Time has gone by so fast. She is so funny. Ruby and I went back to Illinois to visit my dad and go to a Barton family reunion. It was nice to see my family that I don't see very often. When we arrived in Illinois Ruby had no teeth and she was not crawling. Her cousin that is only 11 days older had two teeth and was crawling over the place, and my sisters was asking when Ruby was going to catch up. Well when we got home the next day she had two teeth coming in and she was crawling. So I call my sisters to thank them so much...she has such a great personality and I'll tell you if she wants something you better get out of her was.

Landon and I are doing good. Lyric is over(it was a long summer). We are moving into the house next door and we are so excited for more space and I'll finally have a dish washer. We decided to stay at Logan for hopefully only one more year. I am teaching more classes at the school and I'm designing King Lear at the end of the school year. It seems so far away, but I know it will be here tomorrow.
